Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GAMSATready (the Service), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GAMSATready is independent study software that helps candidates prepare for the GAMSAT through practice questions, AI-assisted essay feedback, mock exams and progress tracking. It is for practice only.

GAMSATready is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by ACER. GAMSAT is a registered trademark of ACER. All practice material on the Service is original and created for study purposes.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Scores, bands, explanations and study plans produced by the Service are generated by automated models. They are estimates to help you learn. They are not official GAMSAT results, are not a prediction of your real result, and are not a guarantee of any outcome or admission.

The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial or admissions advice.

You keep ownership of the essays and text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content in order to provide the Service (for example, sending an essay to our AI provider to mark it and return feedback to you). See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to break or overload it, no scraping or bulk copying of the question bank, no reselling access, and no uploading unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

The Service, its software, design and practice content are owned by GAMSATready and protected by law. You may use them for your own personal GAMSAT preparation only.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and are cancellable at any time, with access continuing until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

By creating a free account you agree that we may send you emails about the Service, including product updates, study tips and offers. You can unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email, or by emailing us.

We will still send essential account and transactional emails (for example, receipts, password resets and security notices) regardless of your marketing preferences. We do not sell your email address.

The Service is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.
